Have they added an armor upgrade NPC yet?

No, and if I read correctly, it might not be a NPC after all, just auto correct it after an update and you logon to that character, but they haven't said for sure.

Hey I hope its an npc cause I dont want to change my ele's armor......I LIKE the extra vs lighting!

I'm starting to get impatient myself

I want my Drago/Victo weapons sundering mods updated.....and am really getting tired of them addressing that it's on the way but not freakin doing it

They seem to be doing a lot of nerfing instead of fixing

No weapons are even going to be upgraded I dont think. They made all new Sundering greens dropped be 20/20, so both 10/10 and 20/20 Victos/Dracos/etc exist.

I wouldn't want it upgraded anyway...the 10/10s will be like the 20/20 Rockmolder...discontinued.

A Gaile Gray log said they're going to be updated.

Yes this statement is true, however they will not be worth anything like the pre-nerf rockmolder due to the fact that the newer version of that item is statistically better than the nerfed one.

just in fact with upgrade you'll be having 20 more armor against lightning vs 15 now.
